Rob Anderson has been a Nantucket builder for over 50 years.
Along with a full portfolio new builds and custom furniture, Rob has had the honor to lead a number of important renovation projects in the Nantucket Historic District, including the 1987 restoration of Sherburne Hall on Centre Street.
Today, his focus is energy efficiency. This means building for longevity and energy efficiency using SIPs (structural insulated panels). In this pursuit, he is at the forefront of building and energy technology.

As a contractor, builder and project manager, Rob is fully committed to utilizing cutting edge building materials that reduce energy consumption, labor and waste. This means solar integration, and building with ICFs (pictured) or SIPs. today his focus is SIPs on Nantucket Island and in Vermont.
